Do we have to book beforehand?
  • Yes, this is a pre-booked, deposit required service. It only takes 2 minutes.
How do we pay ?
  • You can pay the deposit 5TL /per person with credit card at the time of booking.
  • The balance can be paid cash in Euros /GBP / Turkish Liras on arrival to the driver. 
  • Clients have the responsibility of having the exact amount of cash. Drivers may not always have the enough cash to give the change.

Is the transfer time changeable ?
  • Please kindly note that the Transfer Company keeps all the rights to change the times with a notice of min. 12 hours before the transfer time.
For Outbound Transfers
  • Maximum 1 hour earlier than the specified time by the Client (with a notice min. 12 hours to the transfer time)
For Inbound Transfers
  • Maximum 1 hour later than the specified time. ( with a notice on passanger's arrival)
 
How many people may share the same Vehicle?
  • Our transfers operate with a max. of 12 people.
